You can often get them both packaged, or you can pay a few hundred to get it designed and then get it hosted yourself. I could do it for you but I'm pretty amateur. I don't really do graphic design and layout and stuff like that. If your interested, I know a couple of people who sometimes do web design on the side. I could talk to them and see if they would be interested. Otherwise you can shop around on the tubes. I don't really recommend trying to do it yourself. Nothing scares away business like a hokey amateur web site. Your better off investing a few hundred dollars for a professional looking site. Once it's all designed you can usually administer it yourself as long as you don't want to make major changes. What you want is a web host and a web designer.
